ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 – 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATE

We use Royal Mail and offer FREE SHIPPING. You can expect deliveries to be made within 3 - 5 working days. Items will be dispatched within 1 business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer free shipping within the UK.

If your country isn’t listed, please contact us at info@goodforyou-store.com—we may be able to assist and provide a shipping quote.

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day, and delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days.

REFUND, RETURNS and EXCHANGE

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@goodforyou-recipes.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will arrange a replacement for free. There is no need to return the damaged item.

2 YEAR WARRANTY 

If your product becomes damaged through regular use within two years from the date of purchase, please reach out to us at help@goodforyou-recipes.com for a free replacement. It’s important to note that our guarantee does not extend to damages caused by accidents or misuse, such as dropping the product from heights or striking hard surfaces, as these actions constitute improper handling.
