What does the Good For You warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 2 years. It does not cover damage from impact (drops) or thermal shock (sudden extreme temperature changes). To request a replacement, we'll need your Order ID and a photo of the damaged item.
How do I request a replacement part?
Email us with your Order ID and a photo of the damaged item. For measuring cup or spoon sets, we replace only the specific piece by the size engraved on its handle, so let us know which size is affected. For glass containers, replacement lids and glass bases are also sold individually.
Are Good For You glass containers dishwasher-safe, freezer-safe, oven-safe and microwave-safe?
Yes — all our borosilicate glass containers are microwave-safe, freezer-safe, dishwasher-safe and oven-safe.
What sizes do the glass containers come in?
Glass containers with airtight lids come in 5-pack and 10-pack sets, plus a 6-pack sized specifically for kids' meal prep and snacks.
How long do Good For You food flasks keep food hot?
Our vacuum-insulated food flasks keep meals hot for approximately 7–8 hours, making them ideal for a school lunchbox or a full workday.
